  • NutriPure Beverages, Inc. has submitted a firm offer to acquire 100% of the business assets of Sun West Bottlers, a privately-owned Arizona-based bottled water manufacturer. The company has made an all-cash offer for Sun West and will assume full control upon completion of the aquisition. Link
