SAINT MICHEL DE L’ATTALAYE, Haiti-- Rev. Dr. Gueillant Dorcinvil, Mayor of Saint Michel de l'Attalaye, distiller, and founder of Saint Benevolence Rum Clairin, is proud to announce a special promotion in honor of May Haitian Heritage Month. During this month, every case of Saint Benevolence Rum Clairin sold will fund two weeks of chemotherapy for cancer patients in Haiti, in partnership with Innovating Health International.
This initiative builds on Saint Benevolence's commitment to community development and healthcare support in Haiti. Certain forms of preventable and treatable cancers disproportionately affect women in Haiti and other developing countries due to lack of screening. Saint Benevolence is proud to support Innovating Health International in their quest to offer Haitians free cancer screenings, early diagnosis, and treatment, with the ultimate goal of delivering a national comprehensive cancer program in Haiti. Through the visionary leadership of Dr. Dorcinvil and the support of partners like Innovating Health International, Saint Benevolence is making a tangible impact on the lives of those in need.
"I am honored to launch this special promotion during Haitian Heritage Month. It's a testament to our ongoing dedication to improving healthcare access and outcomes in Haiti," said Dr. Dorcinvil.
Saint Benevolence Rum Clairin has already been a beacon of hope for many in Northern Haiti, with every sip directly contributing to economic support and vital medical services. This promotion amplifies that impact, doubling the support for cancer patients and furthering the mission of sustainable economic growth and positive change in the region.
