MANHASSET, New York, January 30 -- MHW Ltd, a leading importer, distributor and service provider for the spirits, wine and beer industry, has formally launched BrandArc, a creative agency offering solutions from brand design to liquid procurement to supply chain optimization. The service is a one-stop shop for any beverage alcohol company looking to bring a new product to market, re-engineer an existing product, or launch a line extension. BrandArc manages the project, raw materials, and relevant stakeholders, enabling the client team to focus on building the right sales and marketing strategy.

“For the past several years, this team has privately brought products to market for large and small suppliers alike.  We are proud to publicly launch this service to all clients of all shapes and sizes who have a vision for a new brand or product. What we’ve done is taken the collective knowledge that this team has harnessed in various areas of brand architecture and housed it in one place,” says Ryan O’Hara, CEO, MHW Ltd.

Clients work directly with Ian Perez, Head of BrandArc and his team, streamlining and project managing the process to get a bottle cleared for the shelf, rather than hiring an independent packaging designer, a spirits or wine sourcing specialist, a glass manufacturer, a co-packer, a compliance expert, etc. The BrandArc team accelerates the go-to-market timeline by integrating suppliers on behalf of the brand, expertly executing from concept to completed project.  All of this adds up to saving not only time but money.

“Many times, a potential client will come to us not only with an idea for a product but with a specific timeline in mind or a deadline they need to meet. The first thing we will do if the client has not been in the beverage space is to set a realistic timeline and roadmap. Our robust BrandArc supplier network and relationships for procuring the ideal liquid and packaging allow for top-notch choices in every budget range. Most outside of our industry don’t realize that something that can take 3 to 6 months in a normal selling channel can easily take a year or more in the beverage alcohol space, depending on supply, filings and legal approvals,” shares Perez.  “It’s the collective experience of our partners coming together as one team that makes each project fluid and successful,” he adds.  

Another benefit of working with BrandArc is that there’s already a system in place for forecasting and managing supply chain optimization. In addition to running predictive mathematical models to account for complex recipes, production runs, and market conditions, the BrandArc team maintain trackers for supply chain partner communication and project management.

Brands have the option to complete the journey to-market using MHW Ltd.’s traditional compliance and back-office distribution services. “With full continuity, MHW can efficiently and cost-effectively bring your product from concept to the retail shelf,” says O’Hara.
