Tuesday, July 22nd – The White House Dinner. Experience an intimate multi-course dinner and wine pairing as we replicate the February 22, 2004 White House dinner menu served during the presidency of George W. Wednesday, July 23rd – Shuck, Shake & Sip. Martinis, oysters, live music, and Martha’s Vineyard vibes — but make it Texas Hill Country. Come get salty and shaken (or stirred) at Dietz Distillery as we serve up a midweek mixer that’s as fresh as oysters and as chill as your vacation playlist. 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 24th – Tallow & Vine. This one’s for the meat and wine lovers. Chef Hunter Huffman of Mesquite at the Warehouse teams up with winemaker Rarig Ross of Ferris & Fletch for a fire-forward, mingle-style dinner that’s dripping in Hill Country flavor. Think slow, smoky, and seriously satisfying, with pours to match. 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday, July 25th – Slate Theory Silent Disco. This one speaks for itself, y’all. Sip on deliciously vibey Slate Theory wines in their equally vibey cave, don your headphones, and choose from multiple live DJ channels for a party like no other, where the beats are yours to control. Come for the disco, stay for the wine and late-night snacks that’ll blow your glowsticks off. 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 26th – The Elephant in the Room Boozy Brunch. Back by popular demand, this brunch party is the only way to kick off the weekend. The weekend begins with a boozy brunch at The Albert Hotel’s White Elephant Saloon. Saturday, July 26th – Fredericksburg Quesoff. Join us for a melty, cheesy, family-friendly queso throwdown featuring Fredericksburg’s boldest and best. Your vote decides the 2025 queso crown. 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 27th – Halter Ranch Brunch. Ease into your Sunday with the calm, curated zen of brunch at Halter Ranch’s Hill Country Tasting Room, offering an oasis of fine wines that use 100% organic grapes. Sunday, July 27th –Closing Party. End things on a high note with a wood-fired sendoff at El Quincho. Where Argentinian asado meets Hill Country swagger, this fiery finale brings the heat in all the right ways. Come for the flame-grilled tapas, stay for the cocktails, and raise a glass to the wild, wine-soaked week we’ll be talking about until next year. And with any luck, this feast will tide us over — at least until the official festival week kicks off in October!! 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
