The Historic Champagne House welcomes Kayla Young and Poppi Monroe to their high-performing North American sales team
New York, NY (June 27, 2025) – Champagne Laurent-Perrier is pleased to announce the latest
addition to their U.S. sales team, Kayla Young and Poppi Monroe, serving as the Northeast and
Central market sales managers. With extensive backgrounds in fine wine sales, Young and
Monroe have quickly become valued members of the organization, bringing decades of industry
expertise to their roles.
Kayla Young joins Champagne Laurent-Perrier with over 15 years of experience in luxury wine
sales. As Northeast Regional Sales Manager, Kayla will be responsible for sales activities across
Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and
Virginia. Prior to this role, she served as the Regional Sales Manager overseeing New York, New
Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania for fine wine importer and marketer, Demeine Estates.
Her career also included a tenure as Champagne Specialist for Strategic Group where she
represented the Moët-Hennessy Champagne portfolio, and Empire Merchants where she served
as the Business Development Manager working with Chateâu d’Esclans and Moët-Hennessy.
Poppi Monroe comes to Champagne Laurent-Perrier with a dynamic background in sales, brand
development, and distributor management. As Central Regional Sales Manager, Poppi will
oversee Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas. Previously, Poppi spent
several impactful years at the famed Californian wine producer, Ridge Vineyards. With Ridge,
Poppi oversaw 24 markets across the Central U.S.. Prior to her time at Ridge Vineyards, Poppi
held regional roles at Far Niente, Huneeus Vintners, and learned the essence of distribution at
Republic National Distributing Company.
