JUNE 2025 – Branca USA and Reyes Beverage Group are pleased to announce a new distribution partnership in California effective July 2025. 

“At Branca USA, our mission is to build brands that stand the test of time,” said Chris Watt, CEO of Branca USA. “By partnering with Reyes Beverage Group, we are confident that their shared commitment and ability to grow legacy brands will propel our portfolio forward in the important market of California.”

“This year marks my family’s 180th anniversary in the spirits business,” said Edoardo Branca, sixth-generation family member and Board President of Branca USA.  “Our move to Reyes Beverage Group in California is another step in that journey as we seek to position our brands for continued success globally.”  

Branca USA is a premium spirits company rooted in Italian heritage. Its portfolio includes iconic brands such as Fernet-Branca (the #1 Amaro by volume globally), Carpano Antica Formula (the #1 Ultra-Premium Vermouth globally), and Borghetti (the fastest growing Premium Coffee Liqueur in the U.S. market), all crafted with a legacy of excellence and artisanal quality.
