Edinburgh Gin The Classic (SRP $34.99, 43% ABV)
The flagship London Dry expression of the Edinburgh Gin range, distilled in small batches using a traditional Scottish copper pot still and 13 carefully selected botanicals. All of the traditional gin flavors are here in harmony; juniper, pine, citrus, floral and a touch of spice. Gold Medal winner at the 2025 San Francisco Wine and Spirits Competition.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Clean and fresh with subtle spice - Heady notes of pine buds and lavender

Edinburgh Seaside Gin (SRP $34.99, 43% ABV)
This London Dry uses the three seaside botanicals of bladderwrack, scurvy grass, and ground ivy create a fresh and savory flavor with a hint of sweetness. A combination of grassy notes and minerality compliment the piney Italian juniper to make a remarkable, stand out gin. Gold Medal winner at the 2025 San Francisco Wine and Spirits Competition.

A New Chapter in a Storied City
This comes after the opening of Edinburgh Gin’s new carbon-neutral distillery, located in The Arches on East Market Street, just off the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. Opened on December 6, 2024, the state-of-the-art facility blends historic architecture with modern design and offers immersive experiences including tastings, cocktail classes, and bespoke gin-making sessions.
The distillery is powered by 100% renewable electricity, uses 49% recycled glass in its bottles, and forgoes secondary packaging in the core range.
