London’s First Alcohol-Free Clean Cocktail Bar launches on Regent Street, in partnership with Spencer Matthews, Brityard & CleanCo - Plus FREE Clean Palomas every Thursday!

Spencer Matthews’ founded CleanCo has launched London’s first Clean Cocktail bar, with an exclusive three-month pop-up on Regent Street, running from 1 July to 30 September 2025. Clean Cocktails will be 2-for-1 Monday-Wednesday, with free Clean Palomas up for grabs 4-6pm every Thursday*. 

Located in the heart of Fitzrovia on London’s iconic Regent Street, Brityard will become the home of London’s first ever Clean Cocktail Bar, where CleanCo will serve a curated menu of elevated 0.0% cocktails using their award-winning alcohol-free spirits - all day long. 

The Clean Cocktail Bar is a testament to the phenomenal rise of moderation and sober-curiosity in the last few years. The latest KAM 2025 Low+No: Drinking Differently report shows that:

  • 76% of UK adults who drink are now actively moderating their alcohol intake
  • Fewer than 2 in 3 drinks served in pubs, bars and restaurants are now full strength
  • 34% of Brits say they regularly switch between alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks during the same occasion, a practice known as “zebra-striping”
  • 37% of UK adults say they’ve left a venue early or felt disappointed if there’s little-to-zero low & no options available
  • This isn’t just a Gen Z thing either. For the first time, we’re seeing a proper shift among older generations. 62% of over-55’s now say they’re moderating too

So if you’re looking for a sun-drenched sipping space in the heart of London without the next-day headache, the Clean Cocktail Bar is the place for you. 

The CleanCo team will be celebrating the serve of the summer, the Clean Paloma with free Clean Paloma’s between 4-6pm every Thursday. Made with CleanCo’s award-winning, alcohol-free tequila, Clean T, and paired with Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda, this spritzy citrus classic is equal parts refreshing and punchy. Think pink, salty rims and zero regrets. The full Clean Cocktail menu will be 2-for-1 all day Monday-Wednesday also. 

Once overshadowed by the Margarita, the Paloma is enjoying a remarkable surge in popularity, with a reported 80% increase in web searches for ‘Paloma Cocktail’ (Ohbev.com).  In the UK alone, it has been predicted that tequila sales will surge by 88% between 2021 and 2026.  (Ohbev.com) Tequila is the only spirit category to show net growth in the first quarter of 2025 (Forbes).  This also coincides with the award winning CleanCo Clean T launching nationwide in Waitrose this month, and becoming the only 0.0% Tequila available in UK grocery stores. 

Today's news marks the first time that CleanCo has opened its own dedicated retail residency and bar space, designed to highlight that alcohol-free cocktails taste just as good as their full-strength counterparts. The menu will spotlight CleanCo’s hero alcohol-free spirits which include 0.0% alternatives to Gin, Rum, Whiskey and Tequila. Mixers are supplied from Clearer Twist and Fever Tree.

  • Clean Rhubarb Spritz - Clean G Rhubarb 0.0% Gin Alternative and Clearer Twist French Twist

The partnership celebrates the British heritage at the roots of both brands.  Brityard is a retail space that champions and represents homegrown brands on the high street, supporting local and emerging talent.  Through its space on Regent Street, Brityard is a destination for consumers to connect, experience, learn, and have fun while supporting businesses and talent in the UK. It's a space that goes beyond traditional retailing, where stories, products, and talent come to life.  

Founded in 2019 by entrepreneur, British TV personality and Guinness World Record holder Spencer Matthews, CleanCo has rapidly grown to become the world’s leading independent alcohol free spirit brand, with the full range proudly made in the UK.

The collaboration will see a series of Clean Supper clubs, in-store events and activations across the three-month residency, culminating in a party at the end of September which will draw the partnership to a close just in time for Sober October. Full details will be revealed on CleanCo’s social channels over the coming weeks, including a chance to win one of a handful of limited edition “gold cards” to the residency, permitting the user to free Clean Cocktails for the entire 3 months.
