Itasca, IL — January 13th 2025 — Brella Beverage Inc., a Midwest-based beverage manufacturing and private-label platform, announced a major expansion of its production footprint with the addition of a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, significantly increasing the company’s capacity across spirits, RTD, and private-label programs.
The expansion adds approximately 1.5 million cases of incremental annual capacity, driven by the installation of multiple rotary bottling lines and dedicated infrastructure designed for high-velocity, value-oriented beverage programs. The facility enables Brella to scale national retail private labels, controlled brands, and co-packing partnerships while maintaining speed, consistency, and cost discipline.

The new site is engineered to support a wide range of formats and production profiles, including 50mL, 750mL, and larger bottles, with dedicated line layouts optimized for rapid changeovers and continuous operation. The additional square footage also supports expanded staging, finished goods storage, and logistics flow, improving efficiency across inbound materials and outbound freight.
Located in Itasca, Illinois, the facility further strengthens Brella’s Midwest manufacturing hub, offering centralized access to national distribution networks while supporting regulatory compliance across multiple beverage alcohol categories.
The expansion follows a period of accelerated growth for Brella, including increased private-label production for major national retailers and expanded partnerships with distributors seeking scalable, cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
Brella expects the new capacity to support continued customer growth and additional hiring across operations, technical services, and quality functions as volumes ramp throughout the year.
