DioniLife Introduces Two Spirits Brands, La Borosa and Pavari17, Elevating the Non-Alcoholic Bar Veteran Drinks Team Delivers Great Tasting Spirits and Ready-to-serve Cocktails

New York, NY, July 17, 2025 — DioniLife, a platform company founded by spirits industry innovators exclusively focused on non-alcoholic adult beverages, announced two additions to its growing line-up: La Borosa, a Mexican agave non-alcoholic spirit, and Pavari17, an aperitif. Both launch includes 700 ml bottles, and for convenience, in canned ready-to-serve cocktails - La Borosa Margarita and La Borosa Paloma and the Pavari17 Spritz. 

“People shouldn’t have to compromise on taste or the shared ritual of a great drink just because they’re skipping the alcohol,” said Damian McKinney, DioniLife CEO and Founder. “With La Borosa and Pavari17, we’re not offering an ‘alternative’ – we’re offering spirits that stand on their own.”

Developed by Steve Wilson, DioniLife’s Innovation Lead and one of the most accomplished figures in global drinks, having taken over 200 brands to market, the liquids were crafted from scratch to offer the flavor, depth, texture and complexity consumers and bartenders expect — minus the ethanol. 

“Our aim was to create drinks that taste as good — or better — than their alcoholic counterparts,” said Steve Wilson. “That meant starting from scratch, not imitating. These are real drinks for real social occasions, crafted with care and precision.” 

The new offering includes five new products: 

  • La Borosa (700ml silver non-alcoholic blue agave blanco),<0.5% ABV, 5 calories per serving. An inspiring nose has a clean crisp clean agave flavor with a hint of citrus and wood. Its clean dry finish is smooth and mellow.
  • Pavari17 (700ml non-alcoholic aperitif), <0.5% ABV, 5 calories per serving, A sophisticated aperitif with a full bittersweet taste. A delicate blend of sweet citrus with bitter undertones and a dryness from the white wine.
  • La Borosa Margarita – 250ml canned cocktail<0.5% ABV, 55 calories, low sugar. The classic Margarita with a clean crisp citrus taste with a hint of wood and a slight touch of salt.
  • La Borosa Paloma – 250ml canned cocktail<0.5% ABV, 55 calories, low sugar. Refreshing and juicy, lightly sparkling. Perfect refreshment every time. 
  • Pavari17 Spritz – 250ml sparkling aperitivo, <0.5% ABV, 50 calories, low sugar. Light and refreshing, not overly sweet and exceptionally crisp and vibrant. So good you forget it’s non-alcoholic.

“La Borosa and Pavari17 give bartenders great new non-alcoholic liquids to play with,” continued McKinney. “They taste like spirits; they mix like spirits. And now consumers can recreate the bar experience at home with great-tasting non-alcoholic spirits and convenient ready-to-serve cocktails. We live in exciting times in which individuals have unbelievable options.” 

The full range will be available in leading bars and retailers in Colorado and the United Kingdom. Additional U.S. markets will roll out in states soon after.
