Kam Talebi is a tech entrepreneur turned hospitality innovator who has built a reputation for identifying high-growth opportunities and assembling the right ingredients for sustainable success. After earning his master’s degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Kam became CFO at Prometric before launching and selling two tech ventures: iCommunicate to Microsoft and Network Remarketing to Cox Enterprises. In 2007, Kam pivoted into hospitality and co-founded CRAVE, an upscale casual concept known for its vibrant atmosphere, trend-forward menu, and commitment to freshness and sustainability.
