NEW YORK, NY - [October 14th, 2025] - Cheeky Cocktails, the AAPI-owned and Brooklyn-based innovator of premium, bar-quality syrups and juices for the home and bar, is proud to announce the appointment of Scott Rosenbaum, veteran beverage strategist and co-host of Business of Drinks, to its Advisory Board.
Rosenbaum brings deep experience in building and analyzing beverage portfolios, having served as Director of Portfolio Development, North America for Distill Ventures, where he worked with leading global innovators, including Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, Ritual Zero Proof, and Seedlip. Prior to that, Rosenbaum served as Vice President of T. Edward Wines & Spirits, where he created the company’s craft spirits portfolio featuring iconic brands such as La Gritona Tequila, Wigle Whiskey, Lagrimas de Dolores Mezcal, Germain-Robin, and Arette Tequila.
He has taught at New York University and Hudson County Community College. He was an instructor at the International Wine Center for over a decade, where he helped shape the next generation of beverage professionals. Rosenbaum holds his WSET Diploma in Wine & Spirits and an MA in Food Studies from NYU.
