Radico Khaitan Limited (NSE: RADICO), a leading IMFL company and the parent of Rampur Distillery, announced that the Rampur Indian Single Malt Whisky has secured No. 4 among the World's Top Trending Whiskies for 2026 in the Drinks International Brands Report, a long-standing industry benchmark reflecting purchasing trends among the world's most influential bars.


The Drinks International Brands Report is based on an extensive global poll of leading bar operators, owners, managers, and head bartenders, who are surveyed on their purchasing preferences, including both best-selling brands and those currently trending at the world's finest bars.


"This recognition reflects the strong growth trajectory of Rampur and our broader international portfolio, as we continue to build relevance with the global bar community," said Mr. Sanjeev Banga, President of International Business at Radico Khaitan. "We see this as affirmation of both the quality of our whiskies and the growing appetite for premium Indian single malts worldwide, with more innovations to come."

Rampur Indian Single Malt Whisky Portfolio:

  • Rampur Select: matured in American Bourbon barrels, opens with bright tropical fruit and warm spice on the nose, accented by vanilla and caramel; the palate is smooth and rounded with layered fruit, gentle oak, and sweet malt, finishing long and warming with lingering spice and soft caramel.

  • Rampur Asava: a global first, pioneered with a finish in Indian Cabernet Sauvignon casks, showcasing Rampur's signature tropical fruit layered with apricot, blackberry, and plum, lifted by subtle tobacco and spice, and delivering a velvety palate of manuka honey, spicy oak, and vanilla, balanced by the dry structure of Indian red wine.

  • Rampur Double Cask: matured in American bourbon barrels and finished in European oak sherry casks, it layers balsamic vanilla and caramel with dried dark fruits and measured spice; the nose offers tropical fruit, malted sweetness, and polished oak, while the palate is full-bodied and sherry-led, finishing long, smooth, and warmly spiced.

  • Rampur Barrel Blush: matured in American bourbon barrels and finished in Australian Shiraz casks, with vanilla and oak up front, followed by ripe berries and dark fruit.


The newest expression in the award-winning Rampur Jugalbandi Series, include:

  • Rampur Jugalbandi # 7 : Matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Mizunara oak. A whisky of contrast and harmony, marrying American warmth with Japanese elegance through Indian craftsmanship. Silky and layered, it unfurls notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, and honeycomb, followed by sandalwood, green tea, and cherry blossom, culminating in a long, oriental finish.

  • Rampur Jugalbandi # 8 : Matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Sherry PX casks. Bold, indulgent, and dessert-like, this expression radiates luxury. Opulent layers of dried fruit, fig jam, dark chocolate, candied orange peel, and warm spice deliver a velvety, full-bodied palate, concluding in a long, warming, decadent finish.

The Brands Report, released every January for the past 16 years and aims to provide data analytics into the buying habits of consumers in the world's influential bars.
