February 2, 2026 – Today, tickets open for Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand 2027 (SBNZ27) a three-day experience taking place February 2-4, 2027 in Marlborough, New Zealand.
SBNZ27 marks the highly anticipated return of an immersive experience that brings the global wine community together to celebrate what’s new and what’s next for New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

One year from now, the global wine community will gather in Marlborough to celebrate, explore and delve deeper into the iconic, unexpected and diverse stories behind New Zealand’s most globally adored wine. Participating wineries from across New Zealand will present three of their best Sauvignon Blancs during the afternoon tasting experiences - offering a true deep dive into the regional diversity and distinctive expressions found across New Zealand’s long, narrow isles.
This ‘one-year-out’ milestone signals a shift from ambitious vision to epic reality. SBNZ27 will welcome the world’s most influential wine voices, including trade leaders, sommeliers, international media, critics and content creators for an immersive, future-focused experience in the heart of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc country. The program will spotlight the category’s evolution, the momentum of modern Sauvignon Blanc winemaking, and the pioneering spirit that continues to define New Zealand on the world stage.
Set in Wairau, Marlborough, at the height of kiwi summer and on the eve of harvest, SBNZ27 offers rare access to the people, places and ideas shaping modern New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Guests can expect curated tastings, progressive conversations, breathtaking experiences and standout culinary moments delving into the depth, diversity and future of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
