RALEIGH, NC (FEBRUARY 5, 2026) – Bear Fight Whiskey, the bold award-winning line of American whiskey, announced today the launch of a community crowdfunding round, inviting the public to invest directly in the brand's next phase of growth.
Bear Fight Whiskey is choosing to expand its table of believers, opening up the opportunity for customers, fans, and supporters to become investors alongside the founding team as true partners. The crowdfunding campaign will be supported by investor and creative partner Gabriel Macht, alongside Anthony Moniello, co-CEO of Next Century Spirits and founder of Bear Fight Whiskey. Original founding investors include Matthew Bronfman and Seth McFarlane.
Investment opportunities will be available through FundWorthy, with early-access investment windows and limited-time bonus share incentives available prior to the public launch. The campaign is open to U.S. residents over the age of 18, with participation available to both accredited and non-accredited investors. The campaign is planned to run six to eight weeks through mid-March, giving the community a limited window to join.
"Bringing on investors isn't something we take lightly," said Gabriel Macht, investor and creative partner in Bear Fight Whiskey. "We're raising to grow the business, but we were intentional about how we do it. Instead of keeping ownership behind closed doors, we want to invite in the people who believe in what we're building and make something meaningful together."
Founded in 2022 by Next Century Spirits co-CEOs Anthony Moniello and Rob Mason, Bear Fight Whiskey features a full portfolio of award-winning whiskeys, including the American Single Malt Whiskey, which won Double Gold at both the New York International Spirits Competition with 96 points and at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition with 95 points. It also received top honors as the "Best Single Malt 12-Years or Younger" at the London International Spirits Competition, and it has been lauded as a Top 20 Whiskey in the World by notable whiskey writers. Other expressions include the Gold Medal-winning Kentucky Reserve Bourbon and the limited offering, Orchard & Vine. Known for its approachable and versatile nature, Bear Fight Whiskey may be enjoyed in cocktails, neat, or on the rocks, and its bold portfolio has captured national attention, including a Super Bowl commercial voted #1 of the entire game by The New York Times.
Funds raised through the campaign will be used to scale brand awareness, accelerate national marketing efforts, strengthen on- and off-premise distribution, and support continued innovation as Bear Fight Whiskey expands its footprint across the U.S. Full campaign details, including timing, terms, and eligibility, may be found at the link below.
