SunLeaf Brings California-Produced Fruit Purées to Natural Products Expo West

Clean, consistent, and reliable alternatives to fresh and IQF fruit for modern menu ingredient needs

ANAHEIM, CALIF., FEBRUARY 24, 2026 — SunLeaf Foods, a third-generation, family-owned ingredient supplier, will exhibit at Natural Products Expo West, showcasing its new line of clean-label fruit purées designed for foodservice, beverage, and product development teams seeking consistency, versatility, and operational efficiency.

Frozen and sealed at production to maximize food safety, freshness, and performance, most SunLeaf Fruit Purees contain only two ingredients: real fruit and 100% cane sugar. The current lineup includes Alphonso Mango, Coconut, Passion Fruit, Pink Guava, Raspberry, and Strawberry, each packed in 6 x 64-fluid-ounce, kitchen-ready cartons with a 24-month frozen shelf life and up to two weeks refrigerated. All purées are packaged in renewable paperboard Tetra Pak cartons, offering easy stacking, efficient storage, and minimal waste.

Built for scale, SunLeaf fruit purées help operators reduce prep time and waste by eliminating peeling, chopping, and cooking, while delivering consistent texture, color and flavor across seasons. Applications span craft cocktails and mocktails, frozen beverages, sauces, dressings, baked goods, desserts, and plated components, making the purées a flexible solution across menus and product formats.

In addition to performance and labor savings, SunLeaf fruit purées support clean-label and plant-forward development, helping replace artificial flavors and excess added sugars while contributing vibrant, naturally derived color and flavor. Custom blends are available, allowing brands and operators to tailor purées to specific applications or flavor profiles.

Expo West attendees are invited to visit SunLeaf in the North Hall Level 100, Booth N1224 to explore product samples, discuss custom solutions, and learn how SunLeaf's fruit purées and global sourcing programs can support new product development and menu innovation.
