FRANKLIN, NJ — Bubl Cocktail Shots announces the nationwide launch of its flagship product, Bubl. Bubl is a vodka-based cocktail, encapsulated in an ultra-thin, flexible layer that is entirely edible. Bubl can be enjoyed as a standalone shot or placed into a cocktail for an interactive experience.
Bubl’s initial product line features three flavors of vodka-based cocktails, each immersed in the respective cocktail recipe that fills the capsule, ensuring freshness and convenience. These vegan-friendly, plant-based cocktail shots can be enjoyed individually or used as cocktail enhancers. The portfolio includes classic cocktail flavors: Lemon Drop, Cosmopolitan, and Sex on the Beach.
Following its successful launch in New Jersey, Bubl is expanding into retail and digital markets across the United States. The product combines convenience, novelty, and premium cocktail flavors into a format designed to stand out on store shelves and behind the bar.
Bubl is the result of a partnership between Jack Parker, President of PDI, a leading consultancy in food, beverage, and supplements based in New Jersey since 1992; Justin Peckerofsky, a renowned leader in hospitality and wine and spirits sales; and partners Chris Criswell and Dan Meehan.
The concept, which Peckerofsky came up with while on vacation, was initially turned down by multiple food scientists who claimed a shot wrapped in a delicate, pressure-sensitive edible sphere couldn’t be produced at scale. Thankfully, there was one expert with a knack for proving people wrong: Jack Parker at Parker Development Inc.
“This has been the most complex and challenging project Parker Development Inc. has ever worked on,” says Jack Parker. “By obsessing over every detail, from color stability and flavor testing to shelf-life studies, our team successfully scaled the technology. It is incredibly rewarding to see how successful it has become in just its first year on the market.”
