Warfield distillery expands, bringing full portfolio to Manatee and Sarasota counties

SUN VALLEY, ID – September 28, 2026 – Warfield Distillery today announced the expansion of its distribution into Florida’s Suncoast, bringing its full portfolio of certified organic spirits to consumers, bars, restaurants, and retailers throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties.

The expansion is supported by Gold Coast Eagle Distributing, a fourth-generation, family-owned distributor led by the Saputo family. With a strong presence in the local community and a shared commitment to giving back, the partnership brings together two family-owned businesses with a focus on building lasting relationships in the markets they serve.

The initial launch will focus on Manatee and Sarasota counties, a region with a large year-round population, significant tourism, and more than 3,000 potential accounts across the two counties. Warfield plans to establish a strong presence in the area before expanding into additional Florida markets.

The full Warfield portfolio will be available through local liquor stores as well as select restaurants and bars. Consumers who don’t see Warfield at their local retailer or favorite establishment are encouraged to ask for it by name.

Warfield’s Florida expansion comes as the distillery continues to grow its national presence while remaining rooted in its high-elevation home in Sun Valley, Idaho. The distillery recently introduced redesigned packaging and an evolved whiskey portfolio, including Sun Valley Whiskey, Idaho Highlands Whiskey, and Gently Peated Whiskey. The portfolio reflects Warfield’s commitment to certified organic production, Idaho-grown barley, traditional distillation, and the influence of its high-elevation environment.
