London bars put a honeyed twist on the Negroni with BEESOU Honey Aperitif
PRESS RELEASE posted by BEESOU Bitter Honey Aperitif
British Bitter Honey Aperitif partners with leading bars across the capital, with each venue creating its own interpretation of the timeless classic Negroni.
BEESOU Bitter Honey Aperitif is marking Negroni Week with a major London on-trade activation, partnering with 23 venues across the capital for a series of dedicated serves and menu listings.
Rather than rolling out a single signature serve, participating bartenders have been invited to create their own interpretation of the Classic Negroni using BEESOU, showcasing the versatility of bitter honey within one of the world’s most timeless established cocktails.
“Negroni Week has become one of the most recognisable moments in the drinks calendar, both for consumers and the trade. The Negroni itself is a true cocktail institution, a drink with more than a century of history that has remained relevant because bartenders continue to reinterpret it without losing sight of what makes it a classic.
For BEESOU, that made Negroni Week the perfect opportunity to work with the bartenders who make London’s cocktail culture what it is. Rather than prescribing one serve, we wanted to give each venue the freedom to explore what bitter honey can bring to the Negroni and create their own expression.”
