Review: Rumba Energy Juice

Posted: Mar 01, 2006 at 12:00 AM (Last Updated: Mar 24, 2006 at 4:36 PM)
Rumba is another brand from Hansen's, who is doing a pretty good job of giving consumers a near infinite selection of uniquely branded energy products. Rumba -- whatever that may mean -- is essentially a non-carbonated tropical juice cocktail that has been overly caffeinated. The use of 100% juice is good, but we could live without the caffeine burn. The packaging is bright, attractive, and looks like something that's straight out of a juice bar. However, we're not sure if that will actually resonate with buyers of energy drinks. Overall, Rumba is a good product, but we'd probably stick with Hansen's carbonated energy-juice blend, Monster Khaos.
