
Vizcaya rums are created in the Dominican Republic from ripe sugar cane that is pressed to collect its juices. The juice is filtered, fermented and distilled in small batches and then aged in oak barrels. Vizcaya rums are offered in three varieties: VXOP Cask 21, Cask 12 and Cristal.
Vizcaya VXOP Cask 21 is distilled from 100% pure sugar cane juice and features notes of butterscotch, nutmeg and vanilla. Vizcaya Cask 12 is a light bodied, premium dark rum with a buttery finish and notes of vanilla, cocoa and maple. Vizcaya Cristal is a white sipping rum with a smooth finish that features notes of vanilla, sherry and walnuts. All may be enjoyed neat or mixed in cocktails.
