After a long winter, warmer weather finally appears to be on its way — and with it a new crop of ready-to-drink cocktails. In this gallery, we highlight some of the notable recent releases from the past month, highlighted by a slew of tequila-based cocktails and seltzers, an RTD debut from Savage and Cooke, and baseball-themed cans from Cutwater Spirits.

Dulce Vida
Texas-based tequila maker Dulce Vida is making the move into RTD with the launch of its Tequila & Soda line in three flavors: Lime, Grapefruit and Pineapple, each canned at 7% ABV. All three contain 65 calories and less than 2 carbs, and are made using a blend of real tequila, real fruit juice and soda. The line is available now in 4-packs for a suggested retail price of $12.99.

Elenita
Elenita is expanding its family of RTD sparkling mezcal beverages with two new flavors: Passionfruit Paloma and Strawberry Mule, both available in 12 oz. slim cans.

El Hempe
Combining several current beverage trends, El Hempe is a new brand of terpene-infused agave tequila seltzers now available in California and Oregon. Designed to replicate the aromas and nose of cannabis but without THC or CBD, the beverage comes in three flavors: Lemon-Lime OG Kush (5% ABV), Mixed Berry OG Kush (5% ABV) and Hibiscus Durban Poison (8% ABV).

Home School
The first RTD release produced by California-based Savage and Cooke, Home School is a new line of 70-proof full-strength craft cocktails that contains two servings per bottle. The premiere release, Blood Orange Manhattan, will be available nationwide.

Hornitos
As tequila-based RTDs continue to proliferate, Hornitos is the latest brand to get in on the action. Hornitos Tequila Seltzer was introduced this month in select markets before moving nationwide this summer. Each flavor, Mango and Lime, contains less than 115 calories and natural ingredients. The 5% ABV line is available in 12 oz. cans and has a suggested retail price of $11.99 per 4-pack.

Ranch2O
After its soft launch in October 2020, RancH2O is now offering its three varieties of RTD cocktails -- Ranch Water, Classic Marg and Vodka Soda with a hint of cranberry -- in Texas and New Mexico and will soon be sold in additional markets across the United States in 4-packs of 12 oz. cans for a suggested retail price of $13.99 to $15.99. A new flavor, Gin Fizz with a hint of lime, will be released in late spring.

Tip Top Cocktails
Designed to complement its “Stirred” lineup of canned cocktails, Atlanta-based Tip Top’s new “Shaken” line offers a brighter, citrus-forward alternative with three new entries in 100ml cans: Margarita, Daiquiri and Bee’s Knees. All three are available in 8-packs via the brand’s website, while Margarita will also launch in individual cans in stores in six states (Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New York, South Carolina, and Texas) starting in May.

Two Roads
Craft brewery Two Roads has stepped into the beyond-beer space with the release of Daybreaker Vodka Cocktails. The new ready-to-drink line, canned at 7% ABV, combines vodka, sparkling water and 100% real fruit juice in the convenience of a 12 oz. can. Daybreaker is available in 4-packs in three varieties: Meyer Lemonade & Vodka, Blood Orange & Vodka and Cran-Lime & Vodka.

Cutwater Spirits
Next month, Cutwater will begin rolling out co-branded, limited-edition cans of its Vodka Mule featuring the trademarks and official logos of six major league teams: the San Diego Padres, Arizona Diamondbacks, St. Louis Cardinals, Washington Nationals, Atlanta Braves, and New York Yankees. The distillery is also re-releasing 4-packs of its Padres Vodka Mule as well as introducing the Padres Tequila Paloma - a 7% ABV cocktail made with real tequila and grapefruit soda. Both cans will be available as part of a mixed 12-pack available exclusively in the greater San Diego area.
