Xyience Files for Bankruptcy

It's a shame that this probably could have all been avoided if Russell Pike wasn't busy embezzling millions from the company to fuel his gambling problems. Selling his personal shares to people who believed they were making an investment in the company (which would have saved it), all the while they were just lining Pike's pockets. That guy needs to go back to prison IMO.

I didn't know bankruptcy meant that you were out of business. How many times has rich tycoons such as Donald Trump done bankruptcy? If the Fretitas buy Xyience watch out for them to become a powerhouse in the energy category.

First off north east tasting other energy drinks isent against the law that is how I found out Xyience taste like piss! and I keep thanking your company for space got 12 stores to take it out!! get out of denial cause this xyience will never be anything more than a wanabe! It might still be out there but its s that xyience very own RM says the product sucks and wont make it! and give it time and in my market it wont be in many markets! three days in a row that i took it out of stores! Ill take a PIC of it in the back of my Monster van cause its filled with xyience to be placed in the dumpster where it belongs! so NE go get a job at Miller or Red Bull or I here that Power Trip is Hiring!

I bought stock in the energy drink. I put my small life savings into it. And now chapter 11. What people dont know is there are 1000s of people that were prommised this was going to explode. And now, 1000s of people are in litagation trying to recover some of what we were bilked out of. This was done just to bring the stock down to nothing and have the rich get richer and the investers nothing. Shame on the managment.
