It’s a holiday week, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have the latest in beverage launches to cover. In this week’s gallery, we take a look at new plant-based milk innovations from Silk and Pacific Foods, a stylish fresh collab from AriZona, a mushroom-infused social tonic, and for anyone who needs some help digesting their Thanksgiving dinner, there’s Pepsi Prebiotic.

Pepsi
PepsiCo didn’t wait long after its acquisition of functional soda brand Poppi this year to use its prebiotic method for its own legacy brand lineup: the company has launched Pepsi Prebiotic in Original Cola and Cherry Vanilla flavors and each 12 oz. can contains30 calories, 5 grams of sugar, 3 grams of prebiotic fiber and no artificial sweeteners. It will be available this weekend online via Amazon, Walmart.com and TikTok Shop among other online retailers. For more information go to pepsi.com.

AriZona
AriZona Iced Tea is collabing with Golf Wang, the apparel brand founded by rapper Tyler, the Creator. The partnership includes t-shirts styled after AriZona’s classic green tea can design as well as limited edition 22 oz. cans of the green tea featuring the Golf Wang name in AriZona’s iconic font design – selling for just $0.99! Liquid Death
The wait for Liquid Death’s Sparkling Energy is over as the 12 oz. canned line launched on Amazon this week in 12-packs for $21.99. Made with an “unextreme” level of caffeine (100 mg per serving), L-theanine and magnesium, these energizing corpse revivers come in Scary Strawberry, Tropical Terror, Orange Horror and Murder Mystery (cherry, spice and vanilla) flavors. For more information go to liquiddeath.com.

Silk
Danone’s plant-based milk brand Silk is bulking up with an upgraded Silk Protein, a line of fortified almond milks in original and chocolate flavors containing 13 grams of plant protein, 3 grams of fiber and 50% less sugar than dairy milk per serving. Available in select retailers now, the updated line is packaged in 48 oz. multiserve bottles for $6.99 each, compared with the old Silk Protein line which came in cartons and had just 8 grams of protein per serving. For more information go to silk.com.

Pacific Foods
If almond isn’t your milk alternative of choice, Pacific Foods has a new pistachio milk, launching now as part of the company’s Barista Series. Packaged in 32 oz. multiserve cartons, the milk is recommended for hot and cold coffee applications and has a 12-month shelf life. For more information go to pacificfoodservice.com.

Psilly Goose
There may not be any psilocybin in Psilly Goose’s functional beverages, but the brand is offering consumers a mushroom-boosted high with its infused social drinks. The non-alcoholic drinks contain Lion’s Mane mushrooms and are available in Euphoria (infused with delta-9 hemp THC) and Silly (made with functional plant kanna) varieties. Each 12 oz. can is available online for $8 each, or $32 per 4-pack. For more information go to drinkpsillygoose.com.
