Arty Water is no more, but for fans of the artichoke water product, all is not lost. A co-founder of the brand behind the development of a new brand called Botanic Waters, a line of plant-based water products, one of which is — you guessed it — infused with artichoke extract.
The lawsuit, filed in January in U.S. District Court of Nevada, alleges that Arty Water engaged in a “brazen theft of Plaintiff’s intellectual property even includes using the photograph of Plaintiff’s endorsement partner Jennifer Lopez, the famous actor, television personality, and singer.”
Made from fresh California artichokes, Arty Water utilizes the entire artichoke to provide additional antioxidants in this delicious new plant-based beverage.
