Our 100% rye Estate Whiskey was a farm to bottle project all on premises at our distillery in Bend, Oregon. We took 16 acres of Common rye and barrel aged it for a minimum of 5 years in new American white oak barrels; The result is smooth, a hint of sweetness, and an incredibly easy drinker. 93 proof.
