Green Mustache: O'Soy Good

The O’ Soy Good variety of Green Mustache is the most unique product of the new lineup. This starts with the fact that the product uses soy milk as the drink’s base. This gives the product a really milky flavor profile, which is furthered by the fact that the product is lower in sugar (10g per bottle) than the other flavors. Otherwise, the only things we really taste are banana and greens. It’s honestly hard to say that kids will like this particular product -- and we further question the use of soy milk at a time where the rest of the high pressure processed beverage category is focused on seed- or nut-based milks. As it stands right now, we’re not sure who the buyer is for this particular flavor. On the outside, we like the green-colored label and the graphics that the company has developed to go with it. But having “soy” as part of the name only furthers our concerns about the positioning of this product. Overall, we think that this is the only miss of the entire lineup.
