Rawpothecary: Sun Coffee

Rawpothecary’s Sun Coffee is, as the name states, a coffee drink that has been mixed with a pumpkin seed and sunflower seed “milk.” The product uses cold-brew coffee, which definitely makes for something that’s full-bodied, but smooth, and there’s definitely some caffeine punch to this product. The use of dates gives the product a decent amount of sweetness and an earthy honey-like flavor to the finish. All in all, this is a really awesome tasting product and one that tastes superior to competing cold-brew and nut milk blends (which is really the closest thing to compare to). Visually, this product uses the same bottle as the other varieties, but Rawpothecary has done something slightly different with the label. Specifically, it’s not a clear label. Instead, it has a brown backdrop, which makes it much easier on the eyes. The front panel is pretty packed, but it is relatively straightforward and easy to understand. Overall, Rawpothecary’s Sun Coffee is another exceptional variety in the Rawpothecary lineup.
