SPARTA, Mich., December 12, 2007— Leading beverage innovator Old Orchard Brands® has hired Long Island native and veteran food industry executive, Henry VonSalzen, to oversee the Company’s east coast grocery sales. VonSalzen’s title is that of eastern regional manager, reporting directly to Old Orchard Brands’ president and founder, Mark Saur.
VonSalzen comes to Old Orchard with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the grocery segment. He has served in sales leadership positions for such household brands as Ore Ida®, Kellogg’s and Rosina Foods®. In his role at Old Orchard, VonSalzen will be responsible for retail account development, as well as sales and broker management for the region.
