Columbia Gorge Organic Offers an Organic Meyer Ginger Lemonade Perfect for Winter Time

Hood River, Ore., Dec. 3, 2009 – Columbia Gorge Organic (CoGo), an all-organic, fresh juice and fruit company, announced today the addition of a new drink to their Satisfier line: Meyer Ginger Lemonade, a spicy lemonade, made with fresh ginger, cayenne pepper and smooth, aromatic Meyer lemons. CoGo created the Meyer Ginger Lemonade for people seeking a refreshing and soothing organic beverage during the cold, winter months.

“We’ve got a great new product that will both warm people up and be good for them. Complementing the cayenne pepper and fresh ginger, we’ve got classic Meyer lemons, which are known to be sweeter and less acidic than the more common lemon,” said Jimmy Stewart, co-founder of Columbia Gorge Organic. “We source the Meyer lemons directly from Stehly Farms and Sundance Farms, both of which are located in southern California.”

Meyer Ginger Lemonade is available in new, CoGo-designed 16 fl. oz. recyclable plastic bottles for the suggested retail price of $3.29. The drinks are available at stores throughout Wash., Ore., and Calif., as well as in Minn. and Iowa.
