At only 90 calories, the great-tasting, all-natural Lean Performance products provide the everyday athlete a high-quality protein beverage whose foundation is clean, simple and naturally effective nutrition.
The new mix1 Lean Performance Shakes are designed to be used pre or post workout fueling the athlete’s activity or providing optimal recovery nutrition after exercise. Each 11-ounce serving is low in sugar, has just 90 calories and is packed with 10 grams of premium whey protein isolate, 10 grams of carbohydrates, antioxidants equivalent to 3 servings of fruits and veggies, 3 grams of soluble fiber and 1 gram of heart healthy fat from olive oil. The delicious acai-pomegranate and orange-twist flavors have no preservatives or artificial ingredients and are free of lactose, gluten and soy for easy digestibility.
