Irvine, CA – UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and their Entrepreneurs Association, will host guest speaker Arnulfo G. Ventura this Friday, March 2nd. Attendees will include students, professors, and industry professionals. Aside from networking, individuals attending this event will be seeding ideas of innovation and growing the entrepreneurial spirit.
Launching a business from the ground up will be among the topics to be covered by Mr. Ventura. He will role-play with students, allowing them to be CEO for the day. Ventura will share some of his key philosophies, drawing on his various experiences including being the first in his family to attend college and most recently, leading the start-up through a major rebranding initiative.
The mission of Launch. Grow. Succeed is to educate students about the factors essential to successfully launch a business and accomplish steady growth. It not only encourages mentorships but also brings together like-minded students and professors. Ventura found similar on-campus initiatives useful during the Company’s founding. Cobá originally arose out of an independent research project by Stanford Business School friends, José L. Domene and Ventura.
