LAS VEGAS (April 2, 2013) — XYIENCE Xenergy, the official energy drink of the UFC®, kicks off its nationwide contest DoYou Have the Power to Win? on May 1, 2013. The two-part program runs through September 1. The first component is an in-store promotion that offers consumers the chance to win XYIENCE and UFC prize packages instantly. Contestants who are 18 years of age or older can text a keyword to a number available on XYIENCE point of sale at select retailers in the United States. Hundreds of instant winners will receive prizes including XYIENCE and UFC apparel, UFC punching bags, DVDs of past UFC fights and pay-per-view gift cards for upcoming UFC fights, and more.
During the same contest period, XYIENCE will host four one-month promotions on its Facebook page. Each month, consumers who are at least 18 years of age can register and track their Xenergy purchases by inputting the can’s code from Xenergy products. Multiple purchases are rewarded with prizes such as XYIENCE apparel, posters signed by XYIENCE’s team of pro-athletes, and free cases of Xenergy.

Grand Prize: XYIENCE VIP Las Vegas Weekend with UFC Legend Chuck Liddell
Five grand-prize winners will receive a weekend for two in Las Vegas, including round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and a night on the town with UFC legend Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell. The winners and their guests will enjoy dinner with Liddell and VIP access into one of the city’s most exclusive nightclubs.
Runner-Up Prize: Las Vegas Fitness Frenzy with UFC Fighter Krzysztof Soszynski
One lucky winner will receive a weekend for two in Las Vegas, including round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and the opportunity to get fit with UFC fighter Krzysztof “The Polish Experiment” Soszynski. In addition to being an esteemed athlete, Soszynski trains a host of professional athletes and creates nutrition plans for some of the top athletes in the UFC. The winner and a guest will train with Soszynski and receive a personal nutritional consultation, as well as take home a supply of XYIENCE supplements and Xenergy beverages.
