LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — Fruit Punch Tea and Berry Tasty Tea are the latest additions to Big Time Tea’s Little Me Tea product line. Each new flavor offers an exciting fresh fruit taste, while keeping the same healthy tea + fruits + veggies formula. Fruit Punch Tea includes healthy organic cherry juice and is a fruity punch of flavor. Berry Tasty Tea adds super- fruit blueberry juice and the addition of a third vegetable, beet juice, for a super burst of berry goodness. “Little Me Tea’s acceptance in the marketplace has been phenomenal. Parents love the healthfulness of this product and kids love the taste. With the addition of Fruit Punch Tea and Berry Tasty Tea, we’re adding two more great-tasting, low sugar teas to our line and giving kids more options to get healthy,” stated founder, Melinda Hicks.
The healthy alternative to juice, Little Me Tea is the only organic, Non-GMO Project Verified kids’ tea and juice box. It is a blend of antioxidant-rich teas sweetened only with fruits and veggies and, at just six grams of sugar, boasts the lowest sugar content of any kids’ juice box on the market. Little Me Tea is caffeine-free, gluten-free, vegan, and contains no synthetic ascorbic acid.
The two new flavors increase Little Me Tea’s product line to four juice box choices, joining the original flavors of Julia’s Tropical Tea and Zane’s Grape Tea. The new flavors will be available in stores by the first quarter of 2015. The full line of Little Me Teas are available in 6.75 ounce Tetra Paks with a suggested retail price of $2.99 – 3.39 for a three-pack. About Little Me Tea
Melinda Hicks wanted a truly healthy kid’s beverage for her daughter, not just one that was a little “less bad.” While options existed for lower sugar, some still had added sugar, and none were truly healthy, so she created Little Me Tea, the first and only organic tea beverage for kids. With Little Me Tea, kids aren’t just getting less sugar, they’re also getting the fabulous health benefits of tea and organic fruits and veggies.
