The accomplished Food and Beverage Executive possesses over 30 years of experience leading domestic and international companies from $200M-$600M in scale, both corporate and family owned from start up to mature stages.
Known as a business development expert who thrives on challenge, Hagan has extensive experience in scaling up small brands and delivering substantial bottom line impact, shareholder value, and market presence.
His library of expertise includes all phases of sales and marketing, operations, supply chain management, finance, P&L performance, strategic planning, and acquisition due diligence.
Mr. Hagan joins Cheribundi after serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ginnybakes, an organic baked goods company based in Miami, FL. Prior to this role Mr. Hagan served in several C-Level and senior executive roles such as COO of SMJaleel, COO of Shasta Beverage (a subsidiary of National Beverage), and President of Pepsi Puerto Rico. Hagan has also led several divisions domestically within the Coca Cola system.
