The High Performance Sports Drink has now been placed in Southeast Bottling’s queue system and is set to begin production on August 18, 2015.
Mike Holley, High Performance Beverage President, stated, “We are extremely pleased to announce that our product has completed and passed all required testing in order to meet current FDA guidelines.” He added, “We truly appreciate the patience exhibited by our shareholders as we worked expeditiously in meeting all our mandated FDA labeling and testing procedures. The company also plans on releasing a new dynamic corporate website at the time of production. This website will be capable of presenting a professional presentation to potential investors, shareholders, consumers and the general public. Features will include an athlete endorsements page, press room, investor relations page and a market link to purchase High Performance Sport Drinks. Special attention is being made to integrate all forms of social media into the website and expect it to help bring brand awareness to the company.
In other related news, the Company is pleased to announce that they have mediated and settled their Texas vs. Nation Bowl Game lawsuit with Overtime Marketing SE, amicably. This settlement will now end the ongoing costs and time associated with going to trial, while allowing the Company to invest 100% of their time and efforts into the brand awareness, marketing and production of their line of sports drinks. This settlement also brings to an end any and all outstanding litigation against the Company.
