Wild Tonic Jun Kombucha Now Available in Whole Foods’ Rocky Mountain Region

Cottonwood, AZ March 7, 2016: This month SEDONA KOMBUCHA’s brand Wild Tonic splashes-down into Whole Foods Market’s Rocky Mountain multi-state region through natural products distributor UNFI West, and is represented by the Green Spoon Sales team out of Boulder, CO. In under one year, Wild Tonic has quickly built momentum and is continually engaging new fans of their honey fermented Kombucha brew referred to as “Jun.”. Conceived of amongst the magnetic red rocks of Sedona, Arizona, encaustic artist and Brewmaster Holly Lyman became intrigued by the unique quality and taste of the Jun. Once she decided to build the Wild Tonic brand Lyman said, “It took on a life of its own as the mother S.C.O.B.Y. seemed to draw in all the right people around me to make it happen.”

Wild Tonic Jun is fermented with organic honey rather than cane sugar used in conventional Kombucha beverages. It has a softer effervescence, a subtle honey flavor profile, and is lacking in any vinegar taste or tartness for which regular Kombucha has become known. Wild Tonic flavors are nuanced; the honey ferment is infused with herbs, botanicals and fruit with names like Blueberry Basil, Raspberry Goji Rose, Tropical Turmeric and Rosemary Lemon.

The Wild Tonic team takes great pride introducing this healthy and celebratory beverage to the marketplace. “We are on target to saturate the Western U.S. in 2016 through distribution to the natural channels,” said Stacey Cavin – Wild Tonic’s Director of Sales, “and we are setting the standard as Wild Tonic is the first Jun to enter the Kombucha category.”

Wild Tonic has been accepted as a member of the Specialty Food Association and is debuting at Natural Products Expo West 2016 in Booth 9613, 3rd floor Ballroom. Experience the Jun!
