New convenient liquid dietary fiber adds more flexibility to applications
MINNEAPOLIS – Cargill’s Oliggo-Fiber® inulin – the natural, invisible soluble fiber that is virtually undetectable in most foods and beverages – is now available as a fiber syrup, as well as in the free flowing powder form that food and beverage manufacturers have been using to discreetly add fiber’s health benefits to a variety of products .
This fiber syrup provides manufacturing flexibility for a wide range of food applications, while still delivering the benefits of Oliggo-Fiber® inulin in powder form. It is a virtually invisible liquid soluble fiber, made from chicory roots, that is ideal for bars and fruit preparations.
