  • Celsius has updated its packaging, with new 4-packs of its ginger ale, cola, wildberry, peach mango green tea, green tea and orange flavors. Link
  • Jillian Michaels has launched her first RTD meal-replacement shake. It will be available in French Vanilla and Double Chocolate flavors, have 180 calories each, and be sold in Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid stores nationwide. Link
  • Nestle USA and Jamba Juice will launch Nestle Jamba All-Natural Energy Drinks, a caffeine-enhanced juice line in single-serve cans, in 2011. Link


  • Code Blue Recovery Drink is now available at Google headquarters in Mountain View, California. The beverage was added this month as part of Google’s initiative for a healthy beverage program. Link
  • Steaz has expanded distribution of its products with The Kroger Co. including availability in Kroger stores, Dillon’s, Smith’s Food & Drug Centers, Ralph’s Grocery Stores, Fry’s Food & Drug Stores and King Soopers. With this new deal, distribution will be increased in Midwest, California and Rocky Mountain region. It has also increased distribution in Lowes Food Supermarkets through North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia and in Gelson’s Markets and Bristol Farms in Southern California. Link


  • ZeroWater has settled a false advertising lawsuit with the International Bottled Water Association. ZeroWater has agreed to restrict its advertising; specifically it will not make certain statements relating to its products and to bottled water products that it had previously made in its advertisements.   • Dr Pepper Snapple has signed a new licensing agreement with the Coca-Cola Company. As part of the agreement, the Coca Cola Company will distribute Dr Pepper in the U.S. and Canada Dry in the Northeast U.S. where these brands were formerly distributed by Coca Cola Enterprises. Link
