The lines between alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages continue to blur. Bloomberg broke the news Sunday evening that Constellation Brands and energy drink maker Monster Beverage Corp. are considering a deal.

Hint, Inc. CEO Kara Goldin and COO Theo Goldin have been removed from their c-suite roles at the flavored water brand, according to sources close to the company. NielsenIQ: Non-Alc Beverage Sales Decelerate But Remain Strong

All channel non-alcoholic beverage sales slowed down but remained “very strong” during the period ending November 6, according to an analysis of NielsenIQ data by Goldman Sachs Equity Research. Dollar sales were up 10.8% in the two-week period, compared to 12.1% in the four-weeks. On a two-year stack basis total dollar sales grew 24%.
