Matthew Tarallo, Former Global Vice President of Amazon for The Coca-Cola Company and Senior Vice President of Business Development for Reynolds American, is pleased to announce the launch of brand operator and incubator AETHER Brand Group, as well as the expansion of the already existing RFT Ventures. Both ventures are poised to complement one another with a focus around investing, consulting, incubating and operating emerging consumer brands in the adult consumption categories.
RFT Ventures will continue to focus on investments in early-state businesses and founders while AETHER Brand Group will act as a brand house for creators, owners, and operators while utilizing owned assets and strategic partnerships across ingredient formulation, a national fulfillment network and more.
Tarallo is an accomplished consumer products executive with deep experience and success building and leading global brands across both developed and emerging markets, including direct P&L ownership across large Fortune 500, FTSE 100 companies as well as startups.
Currently, Tarallo is tapped as a mentor for SKU, the first and leading CPG accelerator in the country with a simple mission– to surround stellar startups with a wraparound infrastructure of seasoned mentors, a customized program, advanced operations support, access to industry expertise and connections to capital.
After over a decade in the ever-evolving beverage and consumer goods space, it feels as if my career is really hitting a peak with the launch of AETHER Brand Group and expansion of RFT Ventures, explains Tarallo. Being tapped as a SKU mentor is a perfect segue into my next phase in the consumer goods world.
