Bushwacker Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup espresso coffee, cold
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons Bushwacker Spirits
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 package (12) ladyfingers (Vicenzovo or your favorite brand)
- Cacao powder or cocoa, for sprinkling
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the cold espresso coffee and 1/4 cup of Bushwacker Spirits. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
- In a third bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of Bushwacker Spirits until smooth.
- Gently fold the cheese mixture into the whipped cream until well combined and peaks form.
- Cut the ladyfingers in half. Quickly dip each half in the coffee mixture for about 2 seconds, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.
- Place two soaked lady finger halves at the bottom of each serving glass. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on top, then sprinkle with cacao powder. Repeat for 2-3 layers, ending with a layer of the cheese mixture.
- Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- When ready to serve, garnish each serving with half of a dry lady finger and a sprinkle of cacao powder.
