Why not offer the gift of love and passion this Easter and Passover? Pour your heart out with Cabernet Sauvignon; Edom; Peak and Sauvignon Blanc from Psagot Jerusalem Vineyards. At Psagot, passion is not just a word, it is a way of life. Nestled in the historic hills near Jerusalem, Psagot has been crafting exceptional wines for over 21 years. Here, ancient history meets modern excellence, resulting in wines that embody deep devotion and artistry.

Co-founders and husband-and-wife team Yaakov and Na’ama Berg pour their love for wine, vineyards, and the land into every bottle. Through Israel’s hardships and triumphs, the couple remains steadfast in their passion and vision: to produce the finest wines Israel has to offer while honoring the land’s rich tradition and history.

“We want the world to share our passion for Psagot wine, Israel and for those you love, says Yaakov Berg, co-founder of Psagot. “From our hearts and vineyard to your home,” adds Berg.

The Perfect Gift of Passion: Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon; Psagot Edom; Psagot Peak and Psagot Sauvignon

This season of renewal, Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon; Psagot Edom; Psagot Peak and Psagot Sauvignon wines are the perfect way to share love and appreciation. Every bottle of Psagot wine tells a story of dedication and artistry.

  • Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep, ruby-red wine with bold aromas of dark forest fruits, subtly accented by oak. This structured, elegant wine captures the intensity of the Jerusalem vineyards. It has an SRP of about $40.
  • Psagot Edom, a Bordeaux-style red blend produced from varietals that thrive in the high-altitude vineyards overlooking the Edom Mountains. Its distinct mineral backbone and black fruit aroma make it a bold yet refined choice. It has an SRP of about $50.
  • Psagot Peak, a recent 97-point Double Gold Medal winner at the 2025 WSWA Tasting Competition, is a Mediterranean-style red blend that showcases Southern French varietals adapted to Israel’s climate. It offers complex layers of black fruit, pepper, dark chocolate, and dried flowers, wrapped in a velvety texture with a fresh, structured acidity.  It has an SRP of about $40.
  • Psagot Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes for this elegant and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc are harvested from the finest quality vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains.  The nose displays lifted, rich citrus, melo fruit and finishes with a refreshing minerality.  It has an SRP of about $32.

Psagot’s head winemaker, Sam Soroka, brings over 20 years of experience in Israeli wine production. “Whether you choose Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon, Psagot Edom or Psagot Peak for a romantic dinner at home or as a heartfelt gift, you can’t go wrong this season of rebirth with the gift of Psagot,” says Soroka.

About Psagot Winery

Psagot Winery is more than just a kosher brand—it embodies the spirit of Israel, uniting a diverse team of individuals from all walks of life. Its renowned visitor center welcomes people from around the world who seek to experience the best of Israeli winemaking. Each label features an exact replica of the 2000-year-old coin found in an ancient cave in the Psagot Village in 2003 during the establishment of the winery and is hand glued to each label.

Nestled in the historic hills near Jerusalem, Psagot stands as a beacon of dedication, artistry, and passion. The winery’s mission is clear: to be the most passionate winery in Israel. The vineyards benefit from a perfect climate for viticulture, rich soil, and centuries of history. Sustainable practices ensure the land remains fertile for future generations, with each grape harvested reflecting the extraordinary terroir of the region.

Winemaking in Psagot is both an art and a science, driven by an unwavering commitment to excellence. Sam Soroka, the master winemaker, approaches his craft with precision and artistry—meticulously selecting grapes and carefully aging each wine in Psagot’s cellars. The result? Wines that are rich, complex, and expressive, embodying the pinnacle of winemaking expertise.

Every bottle of Psagot wine is crafted with dedication, ensuring that each sip transports you to new heights of flavor and emotion. Psagot is synonymous with quality and excellence, offering wines that inspire and delight.

Psagot wines are available in fine liquor stores throughout the U.S.
