Lipton Offers an Early Taste of Summer with Launch of New Lipton Fusions Lemonade Iced Tea and Getaways to America’s ‘Summer’ Towns

Lipton is giving fans more ways to enjoy that summer feeling year-round with its newest product and the chance for themselves and up to three guests to win a trip to a “summer” town - places where the season never stops because it’s literally in the name.

 

PURCHASE, NY - April 29, 2025 – With summer in sight, Lipton Iced Tea is ushering in the sunny season early and celebrating a refreshing new addition to its line-up. Introducing Lipton Fusions, the brand’s first-ever lemonade iced tea infused with delicious fruit flavors, available in two exciting varieties: Strawberry Lemonade and Pineapple Mango Lemonade. To give fans an opportunity to get a head start on the most anticipated time of the year, Lipton is launching its newest product by giving away escapes to places that double down on the feeling of summer, with Lipton Fusions in hand.

 

Across the country, there are a dozen towns where summer never ends – no matter the season – because it’s in their name. Places like Summer City, MD, Summertown, TN, and El Verano, CA — where it’s always sunny, at least on paper. To help fans embrace the season, Lipton Iced Tea is giving away getaways to two summer-namesake towns and making the escape even sweeter by providing enough Lipton Fusions for the whole group to enjoy.

 

From April 29 until May 13, fans can enter to win a getaway for themselves and up to three guests to their choice of Summerland, CA or Summerville, SC. To enter, fans can comment with the hashtag #LiptonSummerSweepstakes on the Lipton Iced Tea Facebook post, or by posting a photo with their favorite Lipton Iced Tea flavor to Instagram and/or TikTok tagging @LiptonIceTea along with the hashtag. Fans will also need to follow Lipton Iced Tea on the channel they post their entry to. 

 

“Lipton Iced Tea has always been synonymous with the carefree joy of summer, and with the launch of Lipton Fusions, now everyone can enjoy that ‘Lipton Taste, Summer Feeling’ all year long,” said Zach Harris, Vice President/General Manager, Pepsi Lipton Partnership North America. “We are excited for our fans to embrace these refreshing new flavors with the same enthusiasm they have for the season itself.”

 

Introducing Lipton Fusions

Launching nationwide, the new Lipton Fusions Lemonade Iced Tea combines crisp lemonade with the goodness of Lipton Iced Tea and natural fruit flavors, for a refreshing, uplifting experience with 50% less sugar than regular sodas. Offered in two delicious flavors: Strawberry Lemonade Iced Tea and Mango Pineapple Lemonade Iced Tea, Lipton Fusions is available in 16 oz cans nationwide starting April 28, including online via Amazon and Walmart, among others.
