Madre Mezcal Wins Its Third Top Mezcal Award with Madre Ensamble at the 2025 IWSC Awards

JUNE 3, LOS ANGELES – With the announcement that Madre Ensamble received the Gold Outstanding Award at the IWSC Awards, Madre Mezcal’s signature expression has now taken the top prize at the year’s three most prestigious spirits awards. Earlier in the year, Madre Ensamble earned Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and at The Spirits Business Tequila and Mezcal Masters, it was given the Mezcal Taste Master Award, ranking it as the #1 mezcal among all 129 products entered into the competition. 

In addition to Madre Ensamble's 98/100 rating from the IWSC judges, Madre’s single agave expression, Madre Espadin, earned a 96/100 score and a Gold award. All products entered into the competition were scored by a judging panel of experts through a double-blind tasting.
