PORTLAND, ME, June 17, 2025 – Squier's Specialty Elixirs (Squier’s), an award-winning, cannabis-infused food and beverage company, proudly announced the chef-founded brand will be exhibiting at Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. Squier’s will be showcasing their newly launched hemp-derived, THC-infused craft seltzers and bottled cocktails, as well as the brand’s flagship elixirs, at the premier culinary festival this weekend on June 20-22, 2025.

“Squier’s was born in the kitchen, and as a chef, my deepest passion has always been creating and sharing unforgettable food and beverage experiences,” said Zack Squier, Chef and Founder of Squier's. “Exhibiting at one of the most iconic epicurean events in the world and showcasing our premium, crafted cannabis beverages is a full-circle moment and a dream come true. It is also a sign of how far the industry has come and where it is headed."

Squier will be on-site at the company’s booth in the Grand Tasting Pavilion discussing his backstory and educating attendees on the full Squier’s product offering. The brand will be serving their recently released hemp-derived, THC-infused craft seltzers and speaking to their hash rosin-infused products found in dispensaries across the Northeast. Details include:

  • The seltzers ship nationwide and are available in Blueberry Lemon, Pink Pineapple, Raspberry Lime, and Mandarin Mango. Purchase on the brand's website at drinkdifferent.co/collections/seltzers.
  • True to the Squier’s brand, each 12 oz. canned seltzer is formulated with 100% real fruit and organic prebiotics, is naturally sweetened with organic blue agave, and contains all-natural electrolytes and minimal ingredients.
  • They include no artificial flavors, concentrates, or fillers, boast 5mg THC and 10mg CBD per can, and are only 60 calories each.
  • The High Spirits Awards by the L.A. Spirits Awards awarded the Squier’s Blueberry Lemon Seltzer a 2025 platinum medal.
  • The ready-to-drink Squier’s Seltzers and Bottled Cocktails, available in Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade, and Pineapple Ginger Lemonade, are designed for simple sips with no mixing required.

The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen falls on the ‘unofficial kick-off to summer’ and the Squier’s Seltzers can be enjoyed chilled, over ice, or as-is. They are infused with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, enhancing hydration and replenishment with every sip, and serve as an alcohol-free alternative to beer, wine, or hard seltzers.
