Parsippany, N.J., September 8, 2025 – Coyne Public Relations, one of the nation’s premier independent PR agencies, today released its inaugural 2025 Food & Beverage Trends Report, “The Recipe for Relevance: How to Capture Attention (Before it Scrolls Away),” offering a high-level look at how brands can break through in today’s fast-moving, content-saturated world. The report highlights key behaviors and communications strategies that food and beverage companies need to succeed with millennial and Gen Z audiences.

From TikTok-driven food discovery to AI-powered meal planning tools, the report illustrates how younger audiences are transforming the way food and beverage brands are discovered, engaged with, and purchased. These shifts underscore the need for a multi-platform, authenticity-driven approach.

“Brands are navigating a fast-moving, nonlinear consumer journey,” said Tim Schramm, Executive Vice President, Coyne Public Relations. “This report is designed to give all food and beverage marketers a roadmap for showing up meaningfully in the moments that matter, turning fleeting attention into lasting loyalty.”

Key findings from the report include:

·       84% of Gen Z have tried a recipe or trend from social media, proving the power of viral content.

·       61% of U.S. consumers have used AI-powered tools for meal planning, recipe suggestions, or grocery shopping.

·       90% of millennials, and a growing majority of Gen Z, say brand authenticity is a deciding factor in purchase decisions.
