Advisory Board Chair — Taylor Foxman — Founder, The Industry Collective
Strategic advisor to 90 founders and CEOs across beverage (alc/non-alc), CPG, retail, hospitality, and cannabis; advisor to six VC firms and runs beverage deal flow for multiple angel communities. Brings 15+ years of experience in ecosystem connectivity, senior-operator access, and narrative/comms strategy to accelerate retailer introductions and capital conversations.

Transformational Beverage Executive — 20+ years — National Portfolio Leadership
Led nine-figure portfolios, managed national distributor partnerships, and drove growth across major alcohol and THC-adjacent categories. Former president of a global beverage division; architected category expansions within Fortune 500 environments. Brings portfolio P&L stewardship, distributor strategy, and scale operations.

Senior Beverage Strategist — 20+ years — Beverage & CPG Distribution
Leads beverage strategy at a top U.S. delivery/retail platform; prior roles across brand development, commercialization, and route-to-market. Brings retail activation, omnichannel growth, and data-driven merchandising.

National Accounts & Industry Relations — 15 years — Energy & Hydration; National Accounts; Venture
Held national account and key sales roles at Monster Energy, Rockstar Energy, Vita Coco, and early-stage CPG. Active investor and co-founder in a CPG-focused venture vehicle; advisor to VC funds and alc/non-alc brands. Brings national account leadership, field-to-HQ fluency, and commercialization playbooks.

Enterprise Sales & Channel Expansion — 15 years — CPG/Beverage & Venture
Head of Sales at a national ready-to-eat meals brand distributed in Safeway, Albertsons, and other majors. Former National Channel Director, Anheuser-Busch; early career at PepsiCo. GP in an F&B/CPG venture vehicle and active advisor to early-stage brands. Brings operator-investor perspective, retail sell-in, and channel architecture.

Composite and Confidentiality

Glow Maté's advisory group spans national accounts, energy and hydration, venture, and portfolio operations—bringing leadership experience across Monster Energy, Vita Coco, Diageo, Tilray, Anheuser-Busch, and high-growth CPG. Collectively, the team has led nine-figure portfolios, built field-to-HQ playbooks, and opened national retail doors across grocery, convenience, and alternative channels. Due to ongoing corporate agreements, several advisors are not yet public; they remain actively involved in Glow Maté's strategic development and will be named when appropriate. The full advisor roster is available to qualified retail and capital partners under NDA upon request.
