NEW YORK, NY (March 3, 2026) - Bar Convent Brooklyn (BCB Brooklyn), the leading gathering for the global bar and beverage industry, announces that registration is now officially open for the 2026 event, returning to Industry City on June 9 and 10. As the show evolves alongside the modern drinks landscape, this year’s edition expands category representation, strengthens its education platform and enhances badge experiences that drive connection and business growth.
The 2025 edition welcomed 275+ exhibiting brands and delivered 50 education sessions led by 136 speakers across 40+ hours of programming. The debut of the VIP Lounge and Crafted Conversations series, available exclusively to sold-out VIP+ badge holders, alongside the inaugural Brand Accelerator Pitch Competition, further reinforced BCB Brooklyn’s role as both a marketplace for products and a platform shaping beverage culture.
“BCB Brooklyn has always been about bringing the global beverage community together in a meaningful way,” says Jackie Williams, Event Vice President of BCB Brooklyn. “In 2026, we’re building on that foundation with expanded education, new product categories and thoughtful enhancements throughout the event to ensure attendees leave informed, inspired and ready to move their businesses forward.”
Led by Head of Education Lynnette Marrero (Speed Rack, Milly’s, Masterclass.com), the 2026 BCB Brooklyn Education Committee includes Erick Castro (Gilly’s House of Cocktails, Raised by Wolves, Bartender at Large, Amaya Elixirs), Meaghan Dorman (Raines Law Room & Dear Irving), Erika Flowers (Copalli Rum), Tracie Franklin (Pronghorn, Get Spirited LLC), Natasha Sofia (Mijenta Tequila) and Christian Suzuki-Orellana (Bell Tree Hospitality, Kagano, Dokidoki). Together, these industry leaders bring operational, brand and advocacy expertise to curate a dynamic Main Stage program designed to challenge perspectives and elevate the conversation across the industry.
Highlights of the 2026 Main Stage will move fluidly between business strategy and the spirit of hospitality itself. Alongside candid conversations on inflation-driven pricing, evolving ownership models and building teams without burnout, sessions will explore drink development through fermentation, flavor layering and hands-on menu engineering. The program will also spotlight global influence, including the continued rise of Latin American bar culture, and reimagine hospitality beyond the bar top through experiential concepts like immersive outdoor and nature-driven service environments. From operational systems to creative storytelling, the Main Stage reflects both the practical realities and the imaginative momentum shaping today’s industry.
“BCB Brooklyn’s education platform is about more than trends. It’s about community and forward movement,” says Marrero. “We’ve curated conversations that reflect both the creativity and complexity of our industry. Whether we’re discussing innovation, sustainability, leadership or mental well-being, the goal is to create space for learning that strengthens both businesses and the people behind them. Just as importantly, our programming is designed to help shape what comes next — equipping professionals with the tools, perspective and responsibility needed to build a more resilient, inclusive and future-focused industry.”
Beyond the Main Stage, attendees can continue the conversation across the Liquid Lounge Stages and Park Street University, where brand-led education, product deep dives and category-focused discussions offer closer insight into the ideas driving the industry forward. New for 2026, the Workshop Stage introduces a more skill-driven environment focused on practical application and deeper exploration of technique and operations. Designed for hands-on learning, it gives attendees tools they can immediately apply behind the bar and within their businesses.
Reflecting the evolving beverage landscape, BCB Brooklyn 2026 expands its category representation across wine, ready-to-drink beverages, barware and operational technology. The show floor will feature a curated mix of returning brands and first-time exhibitors offering fresh opportunities for discovery as businesses adapt to new revenue streams and consumer demands. The expanded use of the 7/8 courtyard will also increase outdoor programming space, creating new opportunities for activations, brand engagement and experiential moments throughout the event.
Beyond education sessions, BCB Brooklyn 2026 will continue to build experiential and competitive programming across both days of the show, including new activations and curated experiences designed to expand attendee engagement. Authors Alley, presented by Lofty Pigeon Books, returns as a dedicated space for industry writers to host signings and connect directly with attendees, reinforcing the event’s commitment to thought leadership and storytelling. The Brand Accelerator Pitch Competition powered by Women of the Vine and Spirits will also make its return, providing rising brands with a high-visibility platform to pitch, gain exposure and accelerate growth. These initiatives unfold alongside additional programming and interactive activations across the show floor, with further announcements to come.
BCB Brooklyn remains committed to advancing sustainability, aligning with RX’s pledge to achieve Net Zero Carbon by 2040. Through waste reduction, composting and the reuse of materials and signage, the show prioritizes responsible production practices. In partnership with Trees for the Future, BCB Brooklyn will plant ten trees for every registered attendee.
