Ohanafy Appoints Hogan Hagy as Chief Customer Officer to Accelerate Enterprise Growth

Veteran enterprise technology executive joins Ohanafy, Inc. to deepen customer partnerships as the beverage industry accelerates its shift to modern, connected operations platforms.

WILMINGTON, NC—Ohanafy, the Salesforce-native, AI-powered operating system built for beverage suppliers and wholesalers, announced the appointment of Hogan Hagy as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Hagy will lead Ohanafy’s customer success, professional services, and post-sale partnership functions as the company expands its footprint across enterprise beverage operations.

“Hogan’s arrival signals our commitment to enterprise-grade customer partnerships,” said Ian Padrick, Chief Executive Officer at Ohanafy. “As more of the industry’s leading suppliers and wholesalers modernize their operations, we need a leader who understands how to make technology implementations genuinely transformative. Hogan has done exactly that at scale.”

Hagy brings more than 17 years of enterprise technology leadership to Ohanafy, with deep roots in Salesforce ecosystem platforms and a track record of building scalable customer success functions at high-growth companies. Most recently, he served as a Client Service Executive in Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice, where he led large-scale digital transformation engagements. Prior to that, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Litify and as VP of Professional Services at Veeva Systems, where he held full accountability for post-sale services across North America for the Consumer Packaged Goods, Chemicals, and Cosmetics segment.

The hire comes at a pivotal moment for the beverage industry. With four consecutive years of beer volume decline and mounting pressure on margins across the three-tier system, suppliers and wholesalers are accelerating technology investments to protect profitability and build more efficient operations. Ohanafy’s platform, built natively on Salesforce and designed for the industry’s unique workflows, has seen significant adoption among enterprise-scale operators.

As Chief Customer Officer, Hagy will oversee the full customer lifecycle from implementation through ongoing partnership, ensuring that Ohanafy’s enterprise customers realize measurable operational improvements across various product offerings. His mandate includes expanding Ohanafy’s managed services and professional services capabilities to match the complexity of the organizations the company now serves.
