In this role, Hagy will lead Ohanafy’s customer success, professional services, and post-sale partnership functions as the company expands its footprint across enterprise beverage operations.

Hagy brings more than 17 years of enterprise technology leadership to Ohanafy, with deep roots in Salesforce ecosystem platforms and a track record of building scalable customer success functions at high-growth companies. Most recently, he served as a Client Service Executive in Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice, where he led large-scale digital transformation engagements. Prior to that, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Litify and as VP of Professional Services at Veeva Systems, where he held full accountability for post-sale services across North America for the Consumer Packaged Goods, Chemicals, and Cosmetics segment.
The hire comes at a pivotal moment for the beverage industry. With four consecutive years of beer volume decline and mounting pressure on margins across the three-tier system, suppliers and wholesalers are accelerating technology investments to protect profitability and build more efficient operations.
